Mathtv.com is my number one recommendation for video tutorials. It has everything from basic mathematics to calculus. The videos are all less than five minutes and each problem has more than two explanations.

Khan Academy is another recommendation for video tutorials. This website has everything from basic mathematics to calculus to computer programming and so much more. The website is also structure so that you can practice what you just viewed and vice versa.
